Bring your own filters for the coffee maker since none are provided. Upper rooms may be noisy during your stay, so pack earplugs just in case.

Great location near attractions.
I was appalled by the lack of heating in my room. The night was freezing, and I couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Thankfully, an extra blanket saved me, but I shouldn't have had to resort to that. Plus, I expected a more substantial breakfast for five dollars, but all I got was yogurt and cereals.

Had a large, comfy room with a beautiful view. The patio was perfect for chatting with neighbors. Breakfast was tasty, and we were grateful for Doug’s warm hospitality. The clean bathroom had all the essentials, and the location was super quiet at night, close to Bryce Canyon. We even saw hummingbirds outside!

Amazing spot near Bryce!
We stayed for 1 night in a spacious family room, perfect for us. It was super chill, especially gathering around the campfire with other travelers. Loved the friendly staff! There’s a nice restaurant on site, but we didn’t eat there. Only wish there were more activities for kids. Overall, a fab experience!

The location was perfect for visiting both Zion and Bryce. The kids loved the playground, and we enjoyed some hiking nearby. Everything was clean, and checking in was super easy. Just a heads up, the restaurant wasn't open but there are plenty of places to grab a bite nearby.
The only downside was the pillows. they weren't very comfy, filled with foam chunks, which was a minor issue since I brought my own.
